Aaron Lee Fileger, 38, of 103 East St., Warren, PA. died Wednesday afternoon, March 13, 2013 at his residence after a very courageous battle with colon cancer. He was born June 1, 1974 in Warren, PA. He attended Warren Area High School and Jamestown Community College. Aaron formerly worked as a cook at Peppermill Restaurant and Applebee’s and had most recently worked at Superior Tire before becoming ill. Aaron loved riding his Harley and was a member of the War Dogs Motorcycle Club. He also loved the Grateful Dead and his dog bear. He is survived by his wife, Valerie Schreiner Fileger whom he married August 11, 2012, his daughter, Hannah of Jeanette, PA. his mother, Mona Darr Fileger of Warren, PA., stepdaughters – Amber Anderson and Colleen Heffner and stepson, Scott Heffner all of Jamestown, N.Y., twin brother – Aaric Fileger (Lisa) of Clarendon, PA., brother – Arthur Fileger, Jr. (Darlene) of Tampa, FL, 5 Sisters – Tammy Peters (Ken) and Teresa Albaugh (Rich) of Warren, PA., Jeanette Wagner of Clarendon, PA., Deborah Campbell (Steve) of Tiona and Roberta Garcia (Tom) of Tampa, FL., numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Fileger, Sr. Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA. on Saturday, March 16, 2013 from 1 to 3 P.M. A celebration of Aaron’s life will be conducted at 4:00 P.M. at the Warren State Hospital Interfaith Chapel with Pastor Angus Watkins, Pastor of the Unitarian Church of Jamestown, N.Y., officiating. It was Aarons desire that a fund be set up in his memory for his daughter, Hannah, donations are being accepted at the funeral home for this cause.
