Bonnie A. Salapek Cook, 86, of Irvine, PA. died Wednesday

morning, April 29, 2015 at Warren General Hospital. She was

born June 6, 1928 in Mead Twp., PA. to the late Louis A. and Ester

Songer Munch. Bonnie was a longtime Warren area resident.

She was a 1946 graduate of Warren High School. She was

employed with the former Solar Electric, Cole Hotel. Bonnie was

an avid gardener and enjoyed dancing. She adored and loved her

Pomeranian-Chihuahua, Mickey.

She is survived by her husband, David Cook, her 2 sons – Joseph

L. Salapek and wife, Deborah, Adrian D. Salapek and wife, Jackie

all of Warren, PA., 4 Grandchildren, 1 Great Granddaughter,

several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son,

Mark A. Salapek who died July 17, 2011, 6 Sisters – Genevieve

Hoffman, Marjorie Salapek, Eleanor Gault, Dorothy M. Wilson,

Esther Louise Warr, Margaret Onufer.

Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304

East Street, Warren, PA. on Monday, May 4, 2015 from 6 to 8 P.M.

where a funeral and committal service will be conducted at 8:00

P.M. by Rev. Marcus Briggs, Chaplain of the Warren General

Hospital, officiating. Interment will be in Kitchen Cemetery,

Warren, PA. Those wishing to place memorials may do so
