Vivian L. Roehm, 87, a guest of The Rouse Home in Youngsville, PA, died Monday, May 27, 2013.

Born on January 23, 1926 in Hancock, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Leander and Edna Arsnault Londberg. On June 24, 1950 in Ontonagon, Michigan she married Donald H. Roehm, who passed away on March 11, 2003.

Mrs. Roehm had lived in the Warren area since 2001, having resided most of her life in Ontonagon, Michigan. She was a graduate of Lanse High School Class of 1943 and a 1948 graduate of the Augustana Hospital School of Nursing located in Chicago, Illinois as a registered nurse. She was employed with the Ontonagon Memorial Hospital for 29 years, retiring as the head surgical nurse. She was a former member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Skanee, Michigan.

She was an avid floral arranger, appreciating the bounty of her husband’s fruit, vegetable and flower gardens. She found great joy in the love of her family, especially her grandchildren, and touched many lives with her loving, positive spirit.

Vivian is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Sheri (Ernie) Rozelle of Russell, PA, one son, Bill (Mary) Roehm of Taylor, SC, five grandchildren, Jackie (Erik) Zimmers, Jeff Rozelle, Christopher Roehm, Katie (Bob) Thill, and Ginny (Jim) Larsen, and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Marjorie LaFernier and Marion Erickson, two infant brothers and one infant sister.

A memorial service will be held at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. with visitation with the family one half hour prior to the service. The Reverend Neil Seifert will officiate at the service. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Ontonagon, Michigan.
