Beverly Johnson Check, 72, a resident of Lebanon, OH., and formerly of Warren, PA., died Wednesday morning, March 6, 2024, after an extended illness. Bev was born March 25, 1951, she was the daughter of Leonard Carl and Elaine Chiodo Johnson. She was a lifelong Warren area resident. Bev was a 1969 graduate of Warren Area High School and earned her registered nursing degree from University of Pittsburgh-Bradford. She was employed with the Warren State Hospital as a registered nurse. Bev was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Church. She is survived by her 2 children – Benjamin R. Check and his wife, Buffy of Warren, PA., Lisa E. Gellner and husband, Matthew of West Chester, OH., 1 Brother – Mark S. Johnson and wife, Lynda of Warren, PA., 5 Grandchildren – Dylan, Isaac and Jacob Gellner, Jason & Jori O'Neil, several cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Johnson. Friends may call at the Donald E. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Joseph R.C. Church, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue West, Warren, PA., with Fr. Richard C.
