Bradley Ion, 64, of Warren, PA., died Monday evening, May 15, 2023, at Warren General Hospital, Warren, PA., after an extended illness. He was born September 8, 1958, in Erie, PA. Brad was the son of John B. and Betty Jane Dunham Ion. He has resided in the Warren area since 1974 and was formerly of Sheffield and Erie, PA. Brad was a laborer with Huber Blacktop, Segal and Son, Whirley Drinkworks and the city of Warren. He was a member of Pleasant Community Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and traveling. He loved to spend time with his kids and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Vea Bearfield Reese-Ion whom he married September 3, 2010, 3 Sons – Jonathan "Jay" Ion and wife, Cammie of Warren, PA., Walter "Tea" Ion and wife, Nicole of Cabool, Missouri, Dav Lee Ion and wife, Brittany of Warren, PA., 1 Sister – Mary McCarthy of Erie, PA., 7 Grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Ida Diane, 2 Brothers -John Ion, Jr., William P. Ion and half-brother, Eddie Watson.

Family and friends will be received at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., on Thursday, May 18, 2023, from 4 to 6 P.M. followed by a funeral service at 6:00 P.M. with Rev. James Swanson, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Maultby Cemetery, Grand Valley, PA.
