Carolyn "Carrie" Hummel Randas, 70, of Warren, PA. died at her residence, Sunday, February 22, 2015 after a brief illness. She was born August 22, 1944 in Warren. She was the daughter of Robert G. and Kathryn M. Dinger Hummel. Carrie was a lifelong Warren area resident and a 1962 graduate of Warren High School.

She was employed as a senior clerk working in the Engineering Dept. with the former Bell Telephone Company and retired in 1992 from Bell Atlantic after 30 years employment.

Carrie was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Church where she volunteered with the funeral luncheon committee and soup kitchen. She was a church Sacristan, and a weekly visitor with residents of the Rouse Warren County Home and Golden Living- Kinzua Nursing Homes.

Carrie is survived by her sister, Donna J. Dunn and husband, Thomas of Warren, PA., 1 Aunt, several cousins, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew G. Randas whom she married October 19, 1968 in Russell, PA., he died June 28, 2002.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at Holy Redeemer R.C. Church, 11 Russell St, Warren, PA, Friday, February 27, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. with Fr. Richard J. Toohey, Pastor, officiating. At Carries request, there will be no visitation hours observed.
