Cindy Lou Brown Horner, 49, of Panama, N.Y. and formerly of Warren, PA. died at her residence, Thursday evening, January 24, 2013. She was born August 15, 1963 in Warren, PA. and was a 1981 graduate of Eisenhower High School. She has resided for the past 3 years in Panama and resided most of her life in the Sugar Grove, PA. area. She was a lifelong animal lover, she enjoyed gardening and was very artistic. Cindy Lou was a member of the Starbrick Community Church and will be missed be all who knew her. She is survived by her mother, Mary Siliano Highhouse and her stepfather, Fred Highhouse of Starbrick, PA., 4 Children – Scott Brown and wife, Wanda of Pittsburgh, PA., Sean Brown, Shane Horner, Austin Horner all of Sugar Grove, PA., 2 Sisters – Carol McMillen of Warren, PA., Cathy Ostrom of Ashville, N.Y., 1 Step Brother – Corey McMillen, 1 Step Sister – Carrie Mc Millen, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by her father, Glen McMillen, 1 Brother – Chris L. McMillen. Friends may call at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA. on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 6 to 8 P.M. when a funeral and committal service will be conducted at 8:00 P.M. by Rev. Donald Wells, Pastor, officiating. Interment will be in Warren County Memorial Park.
