Ellis A. Homan, 72, of Warren, PA, died Friday, June 10, 2016 at Warren Manor.

Ellis was born on December 16, 2016 in Warren, PA, the son of the late A. Walter and Hazel Baxter Homan. He was formerly employed with United Refining Co. in Warren, PA, and later worked for many years as a groundskeeper at Warren State Hospital. He loved animals, especially horses and his cat, Fred, and enjoyed helping on the Ames Farm in Jamestown, NY.

Ellis is survived by his brother, Ellery C. Homan of Warren, PA, several nieces and nephews and many friends.

There will be no visitation for service. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Scandia Cemetery.
