Hazel B. Homan, 95, of Warren, PA died Monday, October 28, 2013 at Warren General Hospital. Born on April 2, 1918 in Warren, PA she was the daughter of the late William T. and Alice Brennan Baxter. In 1939 she married A. Walter Homan, who died on April 11, 1983. Hazel resided her entire life in Warren, PA. She was a 1936 graduate of Warren High School and was an accounts payable manager with the former Betty Lee Ladies Apparel Shop, retiring from there after 15 years of service. Hazel is survived by her two sons, Ellery Clair Homan and Ellis Andrew Homan, both of Warren, PA, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, William T. Baxter. At Hazel's request there will be no visitation or service. Interment will be at the convenience of the family in Scandia Cemetery. Those wishing to place memorials may do so through a charity of one's choice. The Donald E.
