Dr. James R. Juliano, D.C., 88, of Warren, PA, passed away on Monday July 13, 2026, at the Warren Manor, after an extended illness.

He was born June 20, 1938, in Warren, PA, the son of the late James J. and Helen M. Smith Juliano. Jim has resided in Warren his entire life. He was a 1956 graduate of the Warren Area High School and enlisted with the US Army after. Jim graduated from the Palmer College obtaining his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He was self-employed in the Warren area since 1972, serving the community for many decades. On October 5, 1961, in Warren, PA, he married Sheila R. (Long) Juliano, and they 28 loving years together, before her untimely death in 1989 at the young age of 48.

Services will be private and held at the convenience of the family with burial in Oakland Cemetery, Warren, PA. The Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home Inc. has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
