Jay L. Baker, 56, a resident of Fox Trailer Park, Clarendon, PA.,

died of natural causes, Sunday, October 5, 2015 at his residence.

He was born July 22, 1959 in Warren, PA. , and was a 1977

graduate of Warren Area High School and earned his Elementary

Education Degree from Mansfield State College. He was

employed as an Elementary School Teacher working in Cotulla,

TX, Virginia and West Virginia. He was a resident of Warren for

the past 6 years. His life will be greatly missed by his family and

friends.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia Lias Baker of Clarendon,

PA., 4 Children – Everett Baker and wife, Theresa of Glen Jean,

W.V., Ellery Baker and wife, Karen of Richmond, VA., Emily

Destro and husband, Jared of Chesterfield, VA., Evan Baker and

wife, Lindsey of Charleston Heights, W.V., former wife, Rhonda

Gillow Baker of Gauley Bridge, W.V., 2 Brothers – Jeffrey L. Baker

of Clarendon, PA., Jerry Baker and wife, Jody of Warren, PA., 1

Sister – Jennifer Terhaar and husband, Peter of Olean, N.Y., 8

Grandchildren – Autumn, Lainey, Aubrey & Eva Harper, Kinley,

Landon, Isaac and Elijah "Eli." Several nieces and nephews also

survive. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard L.

Baker, 1 Brother – Judson Richard Baker in 1962, 1 Sister-in-law,

Patch Baker. A private family service will be held at the
