Joann M. Blum, 79, of Warren, PA, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020, at St. Vincent Hospital in Erie, PA.

Born on May 18, 1941 in Weldbank, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry L. and Bertha I. Burchard Boughton. Joann was a homemaker.

Joann is survived by her husband, William A. Blum, whom she married on May 5, 1962 in Sheffield, PA; her children – Patty (Wade) Paulisick, Harry Blum, Larry Blum, Jeff Blum, Bill (Debbie) Foreman, all of Warren, PA, Kathy Crossley of Georgia; 14 grandchildren; sisters – Bettie (James) Bailey of Warren, PA, and Linda (Richard) Belcher of Sheffield, PA; a brother – Virgil Boughton of Warren, PA; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Joann was preceded in death by a brother – James Boughton, and a sister – Marian Edmiston.
