Kenneth E. "Kenny" Matha, 40, of Clarendon, PA., died peacefully in his sleep at his residence, Saturday, May 28, 2022.

He was born September 29, 1981, in Warren, PA. He was the son of John Henry Matha of Warren, PA., and the late Deborah Louise Kearney Matha.

He was a lifelong Warren area resident.

Kenny is survived by his father, an uncle, Nicholas L. Matha, guardian Jack Ferry Sr., all of Warren, PA., Aunt – Barbara Ann Schmidt of Johnsonburg, PA.,1 Brother – John Matha of Erie, PA., 2 Sisters – Louise Ann Matha of Pittsburgh, Rose Marie Matha,

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his guardian, Mary Ferry. A private celebration of his life will be conducted at the convenience of the family.
