She is survived by her son, Richard Goodard and wife, Mary of Warren, PA., 3 Grandchildren – Kevin, Craig and Emily Goodard, several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin "Bud" Goodard, 3 Sisters – Mabel Martin, Mary "Dusty" Stites, Lois Smith. Friends may call on Sunday, August 25, 2019 from 1 to 2 P.M. when a funeral and committal service will be conducted at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA. with Rev.
