Lynn A. Lines, 81, of Russell, PA, passed away Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at the Rouse Home after an extended illness.

Born in DuBois, PA, on December 3, 1943, he was the son of the late George H. and Maude M. (Miles) Lines. Lynn was a graduate of DuBois Area High School and proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. He later retired as a Senior Systems Analyst from MRC Bearings in Jamestown, NY. Lynn enjoyed hunting, fishing, and bowling throughout his life.

On June 18, 1977, he married Leah Zong, with whom he shared 48 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Melanie Joy Balleweg (Jeremy Balleweg) of Grand Junction, CO, and Marisa Lynn Lines of Meadville, PA; his grandson, Marcus James Lines of Meadville, PA; two sisters and many extended nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Lynn was preceded in death by his sister, Jean Snedden, and three brothers, William, Robert, and George Lines.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family, with full military honors and burial at the National Cemetery.
