Mildred H. Uplinger Beltz, 81, of Warren, PA., died Saturday morning, February 23, 2019 at Cambridge Warren, Warren, PA., after an extended illness. She was born March 25, 1937 in Warren, PA. Mildred was the daughter of Guy M. Uplinger and Elsie Bernice Durnell Uplinger Cole. She was a lifelong Warren area resident. She is survived by her brother, Melvin Guy Uplinger of East Brady, PA, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Adam E. Beltz who died March 5, 1996, 1 Brother – Curtis H. Uplinger, 2 Sisters – Maxine H. Uplinger Anderson, Betty Lou Hagberg. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Saturday, March 9, 2019, at the Warren Full Gospel Church, 126 Honhart Rd, Warren, PA. A luncheon will follow at the Faith Bible Church, 2370 Jackson Run Road, Warren, PA.
