Nancy Berardi, 86, of Warren, PA, died on Friday June 12, 2026, in her home unexpectedly.

She was born in Warren on July 6, 1939, the daughter of the late William Teconchuk and Katherine (Hovanic) Teconchuk.

Nancy was a member of St. Joseph RC Church in Warren, where she served as a 9thgrade CCD Teacher, Eucharistic Minister, Lector, and sang in the Choir. She also served with her husband, Jerry on the Pre Cana (marriage) team as a teacher.

On September 7, 1957, she married Gerald J. Berardi, and they spent 68 loving years together before he passed away on October 24, 2025.

Nancy is survived by her 3 children; Gerald Berardi Jr. and wife, Anne of Leymone, PA; Catherine Williams and husband, Dr. Kevin Williams of Clark’s Summit, PA; and John Berardi of Mentor, OH; one granddaughter, Abby Erfer and husband, Justin of Basking Ridge, NJ; two great grandchildren, Benjamin and Quinn Grace Erfer; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, and her husband, Nancy was preceded in death by brothers William Teconchuk, and Robert Teconchuk, and grandson, Ian Williams.

A private Mass will be held at St. Joseph RC Church, Warren. Burial will be with her beloved husband, Gerald, in St. Joseph RC Cemetery.
