A Memorial Service for Neil D. Tucker, 89, of Warren, PA, who passed away on March 24, 2018, will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA, with Rev. Dr. Mark E. Hecht, Senior Pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment will be in St. Joseph R.C. Cemetery, Warren, PA.
