Richard J. Jacoby, 85, of Warren, PA, formerly of Burbank, CA, passed away on Tuesday June 9, 2026, in the Warren Manor after a brief illness.

He was born in Fernwood, PA, Clearfield County, on October 4, 1940, the son of the late Anthony Jacoby and Catherine Refalsky. Rich worked as a machinist with Boeing Aerospace until his retirement. He was a member of St. Joseph RC Church, Warren, PA.

On October 27, 1963, he married Phyllis A. Sordetto, and they spent 62 loving years together.

In addition to his wife, Phyllis, Rich is survived by his children, Maria McIlvaine of Canyon Country, CA, Natalie Brown of Warren, PA, Lori Pineda of Weatherford, TX, and Anthony Jacoby of Warren, PA; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and brother, Lou Jacoby.

In addition to his parents, Rich was preceded in death by his siblings, Ann Beiter, Helen Lackey, Joe Jacoby, Fran Frankovich, Stavana Rumski, and Miriam Burgroski.
