Robert J. Way, 82, of Warren, PA., died Sunday morning, February 25, 2024, after a brief illness. He was born July 24, 1941, in Clearfield, PA. He was the son of Robert J. and Rose Matsock Way, Jr. Bob was a resident of Warren, most of his entire life. He was employed with the U.S. Forest Service and A Safe Place. Bob enjoyed collecting coins. He is survived by his 3 children – Robert Jordan, Richard Jordan and wife, Katherine, Tara Jordan all of Warren, PA. 2 sisters – Violet Torcello of Alexandria, N.Y., Cindy Morgan, 3 brothers – George, Alvis, Alvin Way all of Batavia, N.Y., 6 Grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Britnee Mae Jordan, 3 brothers – Peter, Frank, Roy Kenneth Way, 1 sister – Sandy Way. Friends may call on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, at the Donald E. Lewis Funeral Home, Inc., 304 East Street, Warren, PA., from 6 to 7 P.M. A funeral and committal service will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Dr. Dale Haight, officiating. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery, Warren, Pa.
