Rodney Paul "Herc" Turner, 60, of Clarion, passed away unexpectedly, on Tuesday, March 24th, 2026.

He was born on March 27th, 1965, In Warren, PA, to the late Donald and Frances (Saeli) Turner of Lander, Pennsylvania.

Rod was a skilled welder at Unique Fabrications in Shippenville, Pennsylvania, who was an avid hunter and loved the outdoors. He was a man of many talents and was known by friends as someone you could always count on.

He is survived by his girlfriend, Kelly Conklin; His four sons, Hayden (Malorie); Jason (Shawna); Toby; and Thomas. Three brothers, Richard "Rick" Turner, Randy Turner, and Ron (Sue) Turner; as well as a niece and nephew.

Rod was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Frances Turner; his brother, Robert "Mike" Turner; and his sister, Patricia Stearns.
