Ryan Joel Gillikin, 56, of Jamestown, NY, formerly of Warren, PA, passed away on Friday July 10, 2026, in UPMC Chautauqua WCA Hospital, surrounded by his family and friends.

He was born on May 31, 1970, in Warren, PA, the son of Alan R. Fiscus, and the late Mary E. Gillikin. Ryan was a graduate of the Warren Area High School and the Pittsburgh Art Institute. He went on to complete his tattooing apprenticeship in Chicago, IL. Ryan was a self- employed tattoo artist, (“Ryan Almighty Tattoo Studio & Gallerie Macabre”) with shops in Jamestown, California, and Warren. His love for Art and tattooing could be seen daily. Ryan was also an avid collector and loved legacy oddities of Art. His passion will live on in the Warren Occult Museum in Salem, MA. He also enjoyed watching movies with his dad, especially horror movies.

Ryan is survived by his loving parents, Alan R. Fiscus and his wife Sally of Warren, PA; siblings, Brian Fiscus and wife, Janice of Virginia Beach, VA, Nathan Fiscus ( Julia Huntoon) of Warren, PA, Ron Pilsbury and wife, Veronica of Warren, PA Cindy Fiscus- Harmon (Brian Whitling) of Cranberry, PA, and Kelly Richard of Biloxi, MS; and dear friends, Dane Petersen, Bill (Jess), and Evan Stuart all of Warren, PA.

In addition to his mother Mary, Ryan was preceded in death by his beloved dog, Falon.

A Celebration of Ryan’s Life will be held on Sunday August 2nd, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at the Warren Eagles Club Aerie #313, 2101 Pennsylvania Ave. E, Warren, PA.
