The Honorable Robert Lea Wolfe, of Spartanburg, SC and formerly of Warren, PA., died peacefully Thursday, March 13, 2025, nine days after his 99th birthday. He was the 12th President Judge of the 37th Judicial District, which encompasses Warren and Forest Counties, serving from 1970 until 1993, when he retired as President Judge. Following that retirement, he served another thirteen and a half years as Senior Judge, retiring from that position in 2006 at age 80, as then required by Pennsylvania law. He was predeceased by his first wife, Margaret Larson Wolfe, in 1998, and is survived by his second wife, Susan McConnell Wolfe, six children, two step-children, 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. A complete obituary will follow and a Celebration of Life will be held privately by the family at a later date.
